An Established Community in North Harris County
The subdivision of North Hill Estates and Lynwood Estates is an area of single-family custom homes situated on large wooded lots in North Harris County. North Hill Estates is well situated for easy access to major thoroughfares, schools, shopping, and public services. Residents enjoy walking, jogging, and biking on the beautiful, spacious streets.
North Hill Estates was established in the 1960s when Cypress Creek Parkway/FM 1960 was known as Jackrabbit Road, and most of the surrounding land was undeveloped. Homes have been continually added during the last 50 years, but there are a few lots still available for building. Please see the Deed Restrictions, Bylaws and the Architectural Committee Home Improvement Form web pages for information about construction requirements.
