Home Improvement Request Form
In an effort to provide and protect each individual homeowner’s rights and values, any homeowner considering improvement on their deeded property other than landscaping must submit a request for home improvement approval to the architectural committee prior to initiating work on planned improvements. If any change is made that has not been approved, the committee has the right to ask the homeowner to remove the improvement from his property.
Please note:
All improvements MUST be drawn to scale on a photocopy of the survey. Be specific, showing to scale the property lines, building setback lines, easements, fences, sidewalks, patios, and pools. Please indicate how
the new structure or improvement relates to the existing structure, and if possible, provide a side
and rear view.
In the case of new construction, please enclose two (2) sets of plans. One will be returned with the Architectural Committee’s decision. A Performance Bond of $5,000.00 may be required to ensure faithful performance of the building contract.
To submit a request:
- Download and complete the Home Improvement Request Form
- Email the completed form and all supporting documentation, such as pictures, paint samples, and/or survey, to NHECivicClub@gmail.com
Once submitted, please allow one week for an initial “Submission Received” response. If a response has not been received by one week, please reach out to the committee again.
