Yearly dues are $40.00 per year, covering the fiscal year of April 1 through March 31. Persons who become property owners in North Hill Estates or Lynwood Estates after the second Tuesday in September of any fiscal year will be charged one-half of the annual dues for that fiscal year. Dues are not at any time refundable, either in part or in whole.
